Potentially refundable
A paid claim may qualify if the request is fake or fraudulent, contact information is materially invalid, the homeowner confirms they never requested service, the location is materially wrong, the same lead was sold incorrectly, the request was withdrawn before purchase or a technical payment error occurred.
Not automatically refundable
A homeowner not hiring, changing their mind, independently choosing another provider, rejecting a contractor’s price, postponing service, or a contractor failing to make timely contact does not by itself make a genuine lead invalid.
How to request review
Submit the request from the partner portal promptly with the reason and reasonable supporting details. Approved monetary refunds return through the original payment method. Free claims have no monetary refund, but invalid free opportunities are documented and reviewed for a reasonable remedy.
