MARKETPLACE TERMS

TNPG connects homeowners with independent pool companies.

Last updated October 15, 2026. These terms apply prospectively to the lead marketplace and do not alter legacy customer agreements or transactions.

No pool cleaning sold by TNPG

TNPG does not perform pool cleaning, employ pool technicians, manage routes, supply chemicals or bill homeowners for recurring service. A selected provider is an independent business responsible for its final price, agreement, scheduling, billing and work.

Homeowner requests

A homeowner request is free, creates no obligation to hire and authorizes TNPG to use the submitted name, phone, email and ZIP to verify the request and share the contact information with one selected provider after a successful exclusive claim.

Provider availability

A request does not guarantee that a provider is available or will claim the lead. TNPG may update the homeowner honestly when a market is still recruiting.

Exclusive organic partner claims

One verified company may claim each eligible organic TNPG lead. A verified company’s first completed eligible claim is free; later eligible organic claims are $29 each. Registration, link clicks and checkout starts do not consume a lead. The first eligible completed claim under the platform’s locking rules wins.

No guaranteed sale

TNPG verifies service requests but does not guarantee that a homeowner will answer, accept a contractor’s price or become a customer. Purchased leads are reviewed for refunds only under the published lead-validity policy.

Privacy and communications

Homeowner identity, phone and email are withheld from previews and released only to the winning company. Unregistered businesses are not sent automated promotional SMS. Registered partners receive operational SMS only after affirmative consent and may reply STOP.

Legal review checkpoint

Marketplace, referral-fee, privacy, tax, outreach and state-specific requirements may apply. Qualified counsel should review these terms before nationwide paid claims are activated.
