How TNPG handles marketplace information.
Last updated October 15, 2026. This notice applies to new homeowner matching requests and pool-company marketplace accounts.
Information collected
The homeowner request collects exactly four details: full name, phone number, email address and service ZIP code. TNPG also records matching authorization, submission time and basic source attribution. Company records may include public business information, applications, verified coverage, communication preferences, claims, payments and refund requests.
How information is used
TNPG uses the information to verify requests, prevent duplicates and fraud, separate existing customers, identify companies covering a ZIP, administer exclusive claims, deliver the selected introduction and operate marketplace reporting.
What companies see before a claim
Opportunity previews may show the service ZIP and request status. They do not show the homeowner’s name, phone number or email address.
After one company claims
TNPG may release the homeowner’s submitted contact information only to the one winning eligible company so it can discuss service. The homeowner has not hired that company merely because the introduction occurred.
Communications
Unregistered business prospects may receive compliant recruitment email using public business contact information. Automated operational SMS is reserved for registered partners who affirmatively opt in. STOP and email unsubscribe requests are honored.
Security and retention
TNPG uses authenticated partner access, server-side authorization, exclusive-claim controls, consent records and audit events. Retention and state-specific privacy procedures require qualified legal review before full nationwide paid launch.
