What is shown before I claim?
The service ZIP and verification status. Homeowner identity, phone and email remain private.
What can be refunded?
A purchased lead may qualify if it is fake, materially invalid, already withdrawn, incorrectly duplicated or affected by a payment error. A legitimate homeowner choosing not to hire is not automatically refundable.
Does registration reserve a lead?
No. Registration never reserves an opportunity. Availability is rechecked before a free or paid claim completes.
Can I control alerts?
Yes. Email is the default. Operational SMS is sent only to registered partners who explicitly opt in, and STOP requests are honored.
